WEST BEND, Wis., March 7, 2017 – Jade Group International, a leading global provider of high-quality tooling and manufacturer of plastic parts and components, has announced the appointment of two manufacturers’ representatives to oversee the sale of its injection molds in the Midwest and Southwest regions. Millholland Conrad, based in Cicero, Ind., will cover Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Western New York, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Meanwhile, LTech Group, based in Dallas, Texas, will be responsible for Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
Jade is a Wisconsin-based company with manufacturing in Zhongshan, China. The company has expanded its stable of manufacturers’ reps in response to new production capacity for its injection molds in China and a need to accelerate commercial opportunities in U.S. sales territories.
“We’re excited to announce these new distribution agreements with Millholland Conrad and LTech Group and we look forward to expanding our reach into these key geographic locations,” said Patrick Smith, president of Jade Group International. “Both of these manufacturers’ reps have well-established relationships in the injection molding industry and the necessary resources that will help us grow our position in the U.S.”
Millholland Conrad, led by President Mark Padgett, has a long track record as a leading manufacturers’ rep in the plastics industry. The company has been supplying plastics and rubber manufacturers with engineering solutions for more than 50 years. Millholland Conrad carries a comprehensive product line for injection molders that features both primary and auxiliary equipment.
“We welcome this new arrangement and are very pleased to be a key seller of Jade’s high-quality injection molds,” said Padgett. “We look forward to leveraging our injection molding customer base and enabling Jade to penetrate new market opportunities.”
LTech Group LLC, led by President Paula Larson, is a leading manufacturers’ representative that provides engineered products to the aerospace, defense, medical, oil and gas, and industrial markets. LTech Group sells injection molded plastic and composite parts and components, along with machined metal and castings to leading OEMs.
“We’re thrilled about our new relationship with Jade and we hope to deliver new business opportunities in the southwest region,” said Larson. “Our extensive customer network in the injection molding industry will be a valuable asset for Jade as it seeks to expand in the U.S.”
Jade is also interested in expanding its manufacturers’ rep network into the West, mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions of the U.S. The company’s mission is to help North American and European injection molding companies compete globally and to re-shore injection molding. Most of Jade’s efforts are focused on re-shoring manufacturing business to North America.

About Jade Group International
Jade Group International, founded in 2006, is a global company focused on innovation. The company combines the advantages and convenience of U.S. engineering, production standards and communications with the cost competitiveness, skilled labor supply, and high production capacity of off-shore operations. Jade produces high-quality molds and a wide range of plastic parts and components for the consumer goods, industrial, automotive, and packaging markets.
The company’s mission is to help North American and European injection molding companies compete globally and to re-shore injection molding. Most of Jade’s efforts are focused on re-shoring manufacturing business to North America. The company believes in the 90/10 rule: the overall spend for most plastics programs should have 90% on-shore and only 10% spent off-shore. Offshore molds offer lower cost and therefore the ability for clients to bring more new products to market within the same budget. Producing more new products equates to a greater chance of success for Jade’s clients. For more information, visit www.jademolds.com.
